Meet the Owner
Daisha Sanders
Meet Dai, the Creativity Coach, dedicated to cultivating original thinking, confidence, and joyful creative experiences for kids.
Her journey began in 2021 with crafting tutorials on YouTube, which soon evolved into hosting community craft events at local parks. Fueled by her passion for working with children and her love for crafting, Dai transformed a shuttle bus into a mobile arts and crafts studio, creating a space where kids could freely explore their creativity.
Today, Kids as Creatives has expanded beyond the bus. As a K-12 art teacher at a private school, Dai sees firsthand how art empowers children, and she is committed to providing creative opportunities through her Creativity Club, summer camps, and special events.
With a daughter of her own, she understands the importance of safe, engaging, and enriching creative experiences—and she’s passionate about bringing those to kids across Middle Tennessee.

Creativity Club
Creativity Club is a weekly after school arts and crafts program that offers students a unique opportunity to explore their creativity through a variety of hands on projects. Many sessions integrate elements of STEAM making learning both fun and educational.

CAMPS
Creativity Camp with Kids as Creatives
Let your child’s imagination soar this summer at Creativity Camp! This is a hands-on arts and crafts camp that is perfect for kids who love to create. From painting and crafting to upcycling everyday materials into masterpieces, each day brings new and exciting opportunities for self-expression.
Designed to spark creativity and build confidence, this camp provides a fun, supportive environment where young creatives can explore their ideas and learn new skills.
As a special treat, campers will enjoy a surprise pop-up experiences in the Kids as Creatives mobile studio, a bus designed into a one-of-a-kind creative space.
Our one of a kind mobile arts and crafts studio brings creativity straight to you! Perfect for birthday parties, festivals, and other special events, or renovated shuttle bus provides a fun-hands on crafting experience for kids of all ages.
With a climate-controlled space that seats up to 12 kids at a time, we create a safe and engaging environment where children can explore their creativity through crafts. A huge bonus, we come to you and take the mess with us— so you can focus on making memories.
